We at Infini Nails strive for quality and satisfaction of our customers.

All press on nails are custom made based on the measurements you provide. This means it is not possible to return it. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow the instructions on the sizing chart and provide the correct measurements accordingly. Infini nails is not liable if an incorrect size is specified, therefore make sure that you measure the size correctly using the sizing kit or sizing chart. If in doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

All purchases are final. If you have justified complaints, you can contact us by email and we will look for a possible solution.

Cancel

You can cancel within 48 hours or until we have sent the order and you have received the shipping confirmation within these 48 hours. It may end up in the unwanted mail box.

Guarantee

Infini nails is not responsible for matters of taste. Consider the color, shape or length of the products you ordered. If you are unsure about the right choice, please contact us in advance. We will then help you get a better picture before purchasing. If something is not to your liking after purchase, it is not covered by the warranty.

The nails are reusable but not indestructible. Because the nails are worn on the hands and therefore used a lot, user damage can occur. Infini nails is not liable for damage caused during or after wearing. The responsibility lies with the buyer to handle the products in a neat manner, see also the tips and tricks on the supplied instructions. Before first use, the buyer must check whether there is any damage or defects that are the responsibility of Infini nails and report this within 48 hours of receipt.
